We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review the policy below before ordering.

 

Returns

 

Returns are only accepted if the charging unit:

  • Is unused and uninstalled

  • Has not been mounted, drilled, wired, or tampered with

  • Is returned in original packaging with all accessories

  • Is requested within 7 days of delivery

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

The Evironme Volt 7.4kW is non-refundable if:

  • Installation has begun (even partially)

  • The unit has been drilled, mounted, wired, or altered

  • There is physical damage or evidence of tampering

  • Damage occurs due to improper installation or power setup

 

Once installed or tampered with, the unit is considered accepted and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Defective Units

 

If a unit is defective upon delivery and has not been installed, Evironme will inspect the product and offer a replacement or repair where applicable.

 

Installation Responsibility

 

We recommend using Evironme's installation partners, if you prefer handling installation then it must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Evironme is not responsible for faults caused by improper installation.

 

How to Request a Return

 

Contact Evironme within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos of the unit. Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging. Return shipping costs apply unless the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.
