Evironme delivers electric vehicle charging equipment across Lagos and select locations in Nigeria. Please review the details below regarding order processing and delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation once your order has been prepared for dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

Lagos: 2–5 business days
Outside Lagos: 3–7 business days, depending on location

Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and package size.
Any additional delivery charges will be communicated before dispatch.

Receiving Your Order

Customers are advised to:

Inspect packages upon delivery
Report any visible damage or missing items within 24 hours of receipt

Once delivery is confirmed and accepted, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

Installation Disclaimer

Delivery of a charging unit does not include installation unless explicitly stated. Installation must be arranged separately.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Evironme is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Customer unavailability at the delivery address
Third-party courier issues beyond our control
